At WOOFPY, we strive to offer high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Below, we present the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.

  1. RETURNS 1.1. Customized Products
    Due to the personalized nature of our pet collars, we do not accept returns for products that have been made correctly according to the specifications provided by the customer.

However, we accept returns in the following cases:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • There was an engraving error attributable to our company.

1.2. Non-Customized Products
If you purchased a product that does not include personalization, you can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided that the item:

  • Has not been used.
  • Is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
  1. RETURN PROCESS
    To initiate a return process, follow these steps:

  • Order number.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Photographs of the product (in case of defect or error).
  1. Review: We will assess your request and respond within 3 business days.

  2. Product shipping: If the return is approved, we will provide the address to send the item.

Note: The shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

  1. REFUNDS
    3.1. Eligibility for Refunds
    Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
  • The product has manufacturing defects.
  • There was an engraving error attributable to our company.
  • A non-customized product has been returned within the required timeframe and conditions.

3.2. Refund Procedure
Once we receive and verify the returned product:

  • We will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  1. EXCLUSIONS
    Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
  • Errors in the information provided by the customer for the engraving.
  • Damage caused by improper use of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product.
